September 20, 2011 - Black Bear selects gaming operator

(Oxford, Maine) Black Bear Development announced today it has reached agreement with the Silverton Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada to support the development and operations of Black Bear’s casino project in Oxford. Located on Route 26 and just a short drive from Portland and Lewiston/Auburn, the Oxford casino project is currently under construction and will open to the public in Spring 2012..

Craig Cavileer, President of Silverton Casino, said he was pleased to bring his company’s extensive expertise to Maine.
